These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing or buying you accept them. Please read the sections on pricing, shipping and returns before you check out.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to buy alcohol here, and you must be able to form a binding contract. Orders placed by anyone under 21 will be cancelled, and delivery may require an adult signature.

Orders and acceptance

Adding an item to the cart is not an order. A contract forms only when we send an order confirmation, after your payment has been authorised and the destination has been checked against applicable shipping rules. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if the address is outside a permitted area, if age verification fails, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing and tax

All pricing is shown in US dollars. Prices exclude sales tax, excise and any other tax that applies, which is calculated at checkout from the delivery address, and they exclude delivery charges. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than charge the wrong amount.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, charges and estimated windows are shown at checkout and are described in our shipping policy. Delivery requires an adult of legal age to sign. Risk passes to you on delivery; if you refuse a parcel, it may be returned to us and the shipping cost may not be refunded.

Returns and refunds

Unopened bottles in their original packaging may be returned under the conditions set out in our returns policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Nothing in these terms removes any refund right you have under applicable consumer law.

Product information

Vintage, packaging and label artwork may change between releases. ABV, volume and origin are stated as supplied by the producer and may vary slightly by batch. Photographs are illustrative.

Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that goods will be of satisfactory quality when delivered and fit for their ordinary purpose. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided without further warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, photography and marks on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Dispute resolution

If a problem arises, contact us first so that we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way will be handled in the courts of the jurisdiction where the operating entity is established, as local law requires.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
